We had ATi radeon 3450 graphic card in our Windows 64bit Vista Ultimate.
We got:
Graphics: 3.5
Gaming Graphics: 3.9

We bought NVidia Geoforce 9600GT and we get only:

Graphics: 3.7
Gaming Graphics: 4.1

Where is the problem?
We have another computer with Windows Vista 32 bit with Geoforce 9500
and there we have

Graphics: 4.9
Gaming Graphics: 4.9

Is the problem with Goforce drivers for 64bit Vista??????

Drivers can certainly make a difference but it also depends on the nature of
the tests MS uses. There could be an inherent bias in favour of the GT9500
hardware but which doesn't reflect overall real world performance. Similar
to Card X performing better in a certain game than Card Y but lagging behind
it in some other game. I'm inclined to take those MS numbers with a grain of
salt. I ran 3rd party benchmarks on 2 Vista machines, one with Base/graphics
score of 3.1 and the other 3.4. I expected the one to show somewhat better
than the other but the performance ratio was on the order of 3,000:10,000
points. Your Radeon 3450 scores are about the same as I got with an X600
card and barely higher than my HD2400 Pro in Vista 32Bit (3.4 Graphics, 3.8
Gaming). The scores are split compared with what I get with the same card in
Windows 7 64Bit - 3.4 Graphics, 5.3 Gaming.

There's something not right. I have an nVidia 7950GT, and 64 bit
Vista rates it at Graphics: 5.9, and Gaming: 5.8. The 9600GT
should score at 5.9/5.9. The other two cards should also be better
than they are, but maybe not as high as the 9600GT. How is the rest
of your system rating, namely the CPU and RAM? Are you sure
your motherboard PCIe graphics connection is running at x16?

I was experimenting with 32 bit Vista on an old P4 PC, with a 5 year
old ATI 9600XT that rated at 4.9 for Graphics and 4.3 for Gaming.
The CPU rated at only 3.7, which was the lowest score in the system.
Your ATI 3450 should rate much higher than the ATI 9600XT.
