Graphic on right side of menu bar changed

Hello,
I had once used verizon as my ISP and the software changed the graphic to a V.
I would like to change it back to the traditional E as I no longer use
verizon.

Any ideas on how I can do this?

It worked perfectly and I am grateful. I could not stand that horrible V
from Verizon on my machine any longer. it was causing me great grief.
