Graphic in Report

I am using Access 2003.
I am making employee badges and I want to add our logo to it.
I have copied the logo from a Word document, but when I try to put it into
Access, I can not size it down. Even if I make it the right size in word, it
still comes up way to big. When I try to size it down, it does not shrink
the whole picture, it takes away most of the picture and leaves me with only
the very top left piece. What do I need to do to get this logo on my
employee badges?
What type of graphics work with Access? I would certainly appreciate any
help you can give me.

Use an Image control to display the picture.
Look at the differences in display setting the Image SizeMode property
to Clip, Zoom, or Stretch
