Graphic Equalizer ?

Ive been looking hard for a freeware standalone Graphic Equalizer that works
with win xp, any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

It's a DX/VST plugin, so you could use it in AUDACITY with the
VST ENABLER.

Not standalone, but capable of being applied to a file.

This one has a 3-way parametric EQ - the centre, Q (narrowness) and
gain/loss of each band can be selected.
