Graphic equaliser

Using Irfanview to play MP3's, as it has no base or treble to adjust I am
looking for a graphic equaliser that works on the soundcard.

Any help would be much appreciated.

It's a hardware thing and the controls are in the driver. Look at the
volume control for your sound card (in XP: Start|All
Programs|Accessories|Entertainment|Volume Control). Click on Advanced,
adjust treble bass. This 'll adjust the sound for all applications.

If your sound hardware doesn't have the ability, you're out of luck.
If you are recording, you can adjust the recorded sound with the
recording app. after the fact.

One other thought. Pipe the audio out through a seperate Dolby Digital
amp with an onboard hardware equalizer. Works for me.
