graphic banner when using a them FP2002

How do I add a graphic banner when using a theme? It always tells me
to "add to navigation" or something like that.

Any help is appreciated.

That is how the banner component works. If you want to insert your own
banner image, then delete the banner component from. Note since theme use
shared borders, you will be limited to single banner image being displayed
in your site.
