Graph with data from multiple sheets

Hi.

I have a worksheet with 12 identical sheets (with different data of
course...) for each month.
I need to draw a graph where i take the data from the same field in all 12
sheets as the data for the graph - but how do you do that exactly?
Is there a clever way to do this?
