Using Access 2003-I have successfully created a graph report pulling the
correct data and showing each series in a column. There are 5 columns, all
of which show up correctly in the graph/chart design.
However, when I actually print preview the report, only 4 of the 5 columns
of data are showing even though the 1st (missing) column of data is in the
datasheet, as well as the underlying query/table.
I have run into this before where there doesn't seem to be a way to either
include more than 4 columns in a column chart, or when formatting the data
labels for each column, it only does the formatting for up to 4 columns.
Any assistance would be appreciated-thank you.
