Graph Report Not Displaying All Columns

Using Access 2003-I have successfully created a graph report pulling the
correct data and showing each series in a column. There are 5 columns, all
of which show up correctly in the graph/chart design.

However, when I actually print preview the report, only 4 of the 5 columns
of data are showing even though the 1st (missing) column of data is in the
datasheet, as well as the underlying query/table.

I have run into this before where there doesn't seem to be a way to either
include more than 4 columns in a column chart, or when formatting the data
labels for each column, it only does the formatting for up to 4 columns.

Any assistance would be appreciated-thank you.

I am having the same issue as Tammy. I ckd the website below but did not
find a solution that applied (maybe I did not look in the correct spot). My
report graphs all are missing the first row of the result of my recordsource
query (my series are in rows). Number of series utilized for the graph do
not seem to matter. If you click on adding labels to your chart - the labels
just happen to be the first row values - Seems like the report graph is
trying to treat the first row as labels. I am utilizing Access2003 and the
class defaulted to MSGraph.Chart.8 when I added the graph.
Can you recommend any other websites?

Fixed my problem by setting the Column Heads property to YES. Guess writing
it out helped me think.

CJ,

Yes, I did not find any fixes from the website either. And I too, had
already tried setting the column heads to 'yes' but with no change in the
results. So the only thing I have left to do is simply try and recreate the
graph from scratch to see if that somehow makes a difference.
Thanks for you input!
Tammy
