Graph from MySQL does not print, although it looks fine in the browser

I have a developer on the network that has created a web
app that uses a database on MySQL. When I run a query it
creates a line graph as it's output. It looks great but it
won't print nor can it be selected and copied to a Word
document etc. All you get is a broken link symbol. I
believe it is using jpgraph.
