Granting domain user local admin rights

Trying to add a Windows 2000 active directories domain user to the local
administrative group of an XP os, the same way I do for a NT domain and it's
not working??

Might help to solve your problem if you post what steps you are taking to do
this. At some point I assume it put up an error message? If so when and what
was the error message?
