I have a Windows 2000 print cluster with hundreds of printers on it. I need
to be able to grant the help desk the rights to "Mange Documents". I don't
want to make them administrators of the box, and I don't want them to be
able to modify any printer settings. I just want them to be able to delete
jobs from the queue. I clearly see that the "Manage Documents" setting is
what I want to use. I see how to grant this permissions on an individual
printer, and I have found script to do it to all printers. What I want to do
it to grant this permission to this group on all existing and all future
printers. WE may add 10 printers a week, so I don't want to have to remember
to set this permission on every one. I also don't want to have a script run
every night to reset them. Anyone know how to accomplish this?
