GRAHAM I NEED YOU movie maker on vista wont publish

from what i read you are the man! my son has a new dell with vista and movie
maker every time he tries to publish his video he gets a appcrash with a file
name of iac25_32ax. we dont know if this is caused by needing codecs or
encoder. Pleas help
 
A little googling and I came across this

Run Command Prompt as Administrator.



Type and run: regsvr32 -u iac25_32.ax



Then you need to unregister it.

I suspect too many codecs or installing things without knowing whether
you need them. If you haven't done either of this, then it may be part o an
app that you have added and intend or do use, but is conflicting with MM, so
you have to decide which you want more.

i did the type and run command and it could not find that file, can the file just be deleted cause i know where it is or does it have to be uninstalled. we deleated all programs we installed since we got the computer which was only three adobe elements and carrara and ffdshow and it still didnt work. if you can think of anything that might help let me know jana
