How about this for customer care, I recently bought a new nvidia 6800 gt card from pc world, included in the package was the game Doom3, after installing the grafix card, tried to install the game and found it had an invalid cd key, so went to local pc world to see what my next step was(change game seemed the obvious choice to me) was told they did not sell me the game it came free with the card and the only option left to me was return the grafix card complete with the game and they MAY replace the game, so the grafix card will be returned but if they think they are going to replace it they have another think coming, I can get this card virtually anywhere in the computer world!! Stoopid or me?

To be fair, it doesn't sound like it was PC Worlds fault that the CD-Key didn't work... unless it was a return and the game already registered.
You should have been able to take the card + game back and do a straight swap.

Its not PC Worlds fault the CD key for a free bundled game didnt work. The CD key doesnt work because someone has used it with a pirate copy of Doom 3 and a key generator.
PC World cant send the bundled software back without the card because how would the company know that game was from one of there bundles?!?!
If you really want the game, then give them the card and the game back to send off and you will get a new one.
