Phil,
Check if the logon DC of the non-working site had replicated the GP
settings.
1. To find the logon DC, type "Set L" to list the logon server on client.
2. Once you find the logon DC, edit the group policy that sets the Proxy
settings, right click on <GroupPolicyName> on upper left hand > view > DC
Options > select "The One used by AD snap-ins" > OK.
- - Close out the GPEdit and go back in, verify we are looking at the
GPO from the logon server and verify the settings.
I suspect that the changes had not replicated to the remote DC.
- GPOTool should also give you the information.
