GPO via VPN not working

Hello,

We have some remote users who logon to the network via a VPN client, the
issue is that GPO's are not applied to these users, is there a way around
this please?

- some CSE´s don´t work in Background (like Softwareploy)
- some GPOs can be manually forced (gpupdate /force)
- some will not work on a detected Slow Link
- some CSEs can be configured to "apply if slow link detected"
(CompConf\AdmTempl\System\GroupPolicy\"Name of CSE")
- You should login via DUN to get at least the Security Settings
and Registry Policies applied without manually "gpupdate /force"

So, depending on your configuriation, some settings can be applied,
some in special cases, others never.

Is there a document available that advises what will work and what won't
over a VPN connection. Also, do you know what is regarded as a 'slow link'?
