GPO user setting not apply windows xp sp2 computer but works fine in windows xp sp1 computer

I have problem that widows xp sp2 computer not apply user gpos. ADM
files has upgrade but it doesnt work. When I use Widows xp sp1 computer
everything works fine.
Domain state is windows 2000 native. I have disabled microsoft firewall
and tested its off.
When I look gpresult xpsp2 computer allmoust every user policy are
filtered. Some policys whitch are enabled in ad dont even see in
gpresult. When I test same command in sp1 computer all gpos are
applyed. Can somebody help me with this problem?
All xp sp1 computers need to upgrade to sp2 state.

This computer and/or user is in the correct OU where your GPOs are linked
to?

Policies should apply even with firewall enabled.

Can you do a rsop on WXP SP1 and WXP SP2?
When I test same command in sp1 computer all gpos are
applyed. Can somebody help me with this problem?

Are your XPSP2 computers fresh installed? Cloned or something?

Hi,
Computer and user are linked correct OU. I use same user in XP SP1
computer and XP SP2 computer is in same OU that XPSP1. Rsop works fine
in both computer. XPSP2 computer is istalled via RIS. Ris package is
made from Windows XP SP2 cd.
