GPO to turn off Outlook auto-archiving on all clients

Is there a GPO to turn off (disable) Outlook 2000 auto-archiving for all our
users [Exchange 2003/Outlook 2000]? If so, where/how to find? I know
third-party products like DesktopStandard and ScriptLogic's Desktop
Authority have this ability but what about Windows 2003 / Exchange 2003?

Download the .adm files from microsoft for outlook 2000 (included in the
Office Resource Kit) and have a look. You also can find the file here (German
Site):
