GPO Replication issues on secondary domain controller

3 Site AD build. Two of the three sites are revieving policy updates.
However the third site is not recieving the updates. We have used
GPupdate /force to try to pull the update down manually, GPResult and
GPMC to verify which policies were recieved. Policies do not seem to
be replicateing to third site and third site is using its own GPO as
aposed to the GPO on the Primary DC.


Any help?

I would run dcdiag /v and netdiag /v ( from the Support Tools ) on all of
your Domain Controllers....in all three Sites.

Can you ping? Meaning, can you sit down at one computer in any of the three
Sites and ping any computer in either of the other two Sites? I suspect
that this is not an issue, right? Or is it?

Have you checked to make sure that DNS is set up correctly? This would be a
big one! DNS is all important! Do you have a DNS Server in each Site? Are
all of your clients ( and Domain Controllers can be clients in this sense as
well! ) pointing to one of your internal DNS Servers in their TCP/IP
Settings ( and not to an external one, like the ISP???? )?

Have you looked in the Event Logs for any error message as to what might be
going on.

Do you have both AD and NTFRS Replication going on? Repadmin /showreps and
repadmin /showconn would be two things that I would run ( repadmin comes
with the Support Tools ). Take a look at the following MSKB Article:

Granted, this is for Intra Site...but let's start with that!
