gpo refresh time

Is it possible to have only certain computers in an OU have a quicker
refresh time than others for group policy, cause i want any Pc's out in the
field that log in through VPN they get a lot quicker refresh time so it
takes affect quicker. Hope you all can understand this,or have something
that will help in this situation.
