You have to use a Startup Script, and it has to be running synchronously,
because the explorer.exe has to start after applying the reg entry
to take effect.
Because it´s reg binary you can´t use an ADM template and also you
you have to delete a Key inside the Registry and thats also not possible
via ADM. So, do a reg import with "regedit /s filename.reg"
