If a GPO is applyed in a Domain Level and an other GPO is applyed in a OU
level, which of them will be applied in case of conflict ? And if there's no
conflict between them ?

Thanks

Basic question!

The pecking order is local-level, Site-level, Domain-level and finally
OU-level. So, as to your question first the GPO that is linked to the
Domain-level will be applied and then the GPO that is linked to the OU-level
will be applied. Should there be a common setting in both then the last
applied setting wins. So, in this case the OU-level wins!

Unless you bring 'No override' and 'Block Inheritance' into the mix, the
'closest' GPO wins. In this case, it is the OU level one.

The order of application is Local, Site, Domain, OU (LSDOU).
