GPMC install on multiple XP Pro Computers

I am currently using GPMC on an XP Pro Desktop to manage XP clients in a
2000 domain environment.

My questions are.

1) Can I install GPMC on a second XP Pro desktop that would allow my
co-worker to edit GPO's?

2) Would there be any conflicts?

I could not find any documentation on whether it is possible to install GPMC
on multiple XP Pro Desktops.

You can install on as many computers as you wish.
