If the computers are members of an Active directory domain then you need to
use domain level Group Policy to manage user Group Policy settings. If the
computers are not in a domain you could try to copy the user settings by
copying the windows\system32\group policy\user\registry.pol file to another
computer in the same folder. That used to work but I have not tried it on a
XP Pro SP2 computer and you should test the results on a couple computers
before doing to all computers. For Local Security Policy computer settings
you can create a security template using the mmc snapin for Security
Templates and importing it into the Local Security Policy of each computer.
You can create a new security template or work off of an existing one to
modify and save it. --- Steve
