gpedit.msc problems

I edited gpedit.msc on w2k DC, rebooted, then rebooted test clients. No
changes are taking effect:<
What else needs to be done.

You'll need to wait for the GPO changes to replicate to the server that the
client is hitting for GPO -which isn't necessarily going to be the same as
the logon server as it's found via a Dfs referral.

You also need to ensure that the settings are applicable, and that the
computers are within the scope of the GPO.

Perhaps if you can elaborate on the configuration and what you are trying to
achieve we can better help you?

Hi

Using gpedit.msc only changes the local policy specific to that DC. It is
not a domain or organisational wide policy. You might want to take a look
at the following:
