Is there any way to configure multiple computers to Receive Remote
Assistance Offers in Windows XP thru any group policy?

Or do I have to make the changes locally on every computer through
gpedit.msc- Local Computer Policy- Computer Configuration- Administrative
Templates- System- Remote Assistance- Offer Remote Assistance- Enabled

/RO

The GPO settings you need to configure are:

Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\System\Remote Assistance\
Solicited Remote Assistance: Enabled
Offer Remote Assistance: Enabled

My experience is that you have to Enable both of these settings for Offer
Remote Assistance to work, but have not found any document that says why.

It's perfectly useless to know the right answer to the wrong question.

My guess is these machines are in a Windows 2000 domain.
If im right check this out.

Yes, when you use the XP adm files you can use those settings in a domain
environment.
