We have a GP which includes lock workstation down after 15 minutes and then
of course you have to hit ctr-alt-del and enter a password to get back in. I
want to remove one workstation outta of all the workstations so it does not
have the lockworkstation feature on it. What and how do I go about removing
that one computer from this GP?

Thanks

You will have to move this workstation outside of OU to which this GPO
is linked or deny read and apply right to this GPO for this workstation

Hi

The screensaver lock and require password are USER based GPO so will only
affect USERS in an OU.
Moving computers around the OU will not affect it.

Have a look at using loopback GPO to force the computer local policy onto
that machine.
