GP First backup

Hello, was wondering if you all knew what i needed to do here, when i first started with GP while back, one of the first things i learned about GP was to back it up after you got it conf, now i forget what to backup, is it the ADM file,Machine files, user and the .ini file.

You can use the Group Policy Management Console (GPMC) to back up a GPO
easily. For more information about GPMC, visit
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2003/gpmc/default.mspx
