I am using Internet Explorer 7. Whenever I try to access a Government of
Canada webpage, it says "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage".

Please help

In addition to the links to Microsoft's support that the other person
gave you ... you may want to try to delete your cookies and clear your
temporary internet files. It is possible your system just cached a
failed attempt to access the page and it keeps bringing that page back
up.
