"goto:??" links

I have run Spybot S & D and Ad-Aware both, yet I still get random links on
words such as "books" and "flowers" on web pages. The link reads
"goto:flowers" and then the right click properties destination is
http://get-certified.net/?go=flowers, but it takes me to
http://www.runsearch.com/top/go.php?qq=flowers


Any suggestions on something further I can do to stop this?
