could you guys help me out?

When Norton quarantines a known virus file, you should delete it from
quarantine and not attempt to repair it. Attempting to repair a known
virus file may result in unleashing the virus into your computer.

Open your Norton Antivirus program and click on:
Reports > Quarantined items (View Reports), then click on
'Quarantined Items', click once on a virus file to highlight it
and then click the 'Delete Item' button on the Toolbar.

Afterward run Norton's LiveUpdate to update your virus
definitions, then perform a full system scan.

Always wanted to ask, is there any kind of virus that, its like, attached to a important computer arquive
and when you delete it, damages your computer?

A good antivirus program, such as Norton AntiVirus, will capture
and quarantine the virus before it infects your computer files. If you
happen to disable or turn-off your antivirus program and then get a
virus, you need to turn the antivirus program back on, then scan your
complete system for viruses. If a file is then found to be infected
with a virus, then you can attempt to repair it using your Norton
program.
