My new DELL 8500 has 1600x1200 resolution.

IF Font is set to 120 DPI fonts look great BUT gfx on IE
look crappy. NETSCAPE gfx look great so there is a
possible fix.

IF Font is set to 96 DPI gfx Look great BUT fonts are way
too small for human consumption.

DELL blames MSFT for the issue on their website saying it
is an OS lack of support. I dont buy it as NETSCAPE gfx
look great on 120 DPI. IS this a known IE bug? Is there a
fix out there?

thanks,
FRONHAS

Hello FRONHAS,

Have you tried this in Internet Explorer -

View menu | Text Size | Larger |

-or-

Tools menu | Internet Options | /General\ [Accessibility]

Under "Formatting",
[Y] "Ignore font sizes specified on Web pages"
