Not really done a wider search for prices however I do know people are always asking so maybe these will come up in searchs. Infact some really good prices all around from play.com 22inch HP TFT for just under £250

Very nice screens there.

At work I've just had to purchase a Samsung SyncMaster 225BW (TFT) 22" widescreen TFT and that is lush.
Rally makes me wanna get one for myself. But at £300+ prices I'm not sure I can just yet but hey thats nevver stopped me before
