Google Toolbar

Everytime I logon to Windowns, AntiSpyware tells me that
it has detected an authorised Windows Explorer toolbar.

The only non MS toolbar I have is the Google toolbar.

Is there a way to get AntiSpyware to recognise this is
not a threat?
 
Your best bet here would be check Advanced Tools > System Explorers > IE
Toolbars to see if it is blocked also check under System Explorers > IE BHOs
to see if its blocked.
