Yep, err, I think ... here is an example;

http://www.google.com/tools/firefox/toolbar/FT2/intl/en/phish-o-rama.html

... Google toolbar has, in the Options Menu "Safe Browser Settings" and I think was turned off by me.

I have turned it on ... now I'll go test it out.
