Google Mail to OE

Hi

now that I have a Gmail account (thanks to Mr.Paul Blarmy...rock on,
dude), can someone advise me how to download messages with OE. I'm using
Yahoopops with my Yahoo account. Is there anything similar, but for
Gmail? I have the official Gmail notifier, but that's not what I was
looking for.

OS is WinXP.

I use Freepops which is available here http://www.freepops.org/en/ You
can use it with your yahoo mail also.

If you have Java 1.4.2_05 or higher installed, there is GavaMail

I don't know how good it is because I don't use it, I use a little extension
in Firefox and don't download from gmail to my mail client.

If you can wait within the next two weeks Gmail is supposed to be enabling
pop3 and smtp for the email accounts. HTH.

They have already enabled it (at least for some accounts).

yeah that's what I meant, I should have been more descriptive, within the
next two weeks it should be enabled on every account.
