Google-like Toolbar?

I'm looking for a Google-like toolbar without the auto-update feature that
integrates with IE and is not a separate component that floats or runs in my
taskbar.

Ad blocking:Babya Discoverer is freeware and has adblocking functions that
autmotically work-uses IE (can download files,etc):

You may wish to look at Avant Browser. This is a shell for IE and it's
search toolbar uses Google. Added bonus is it's a tabbed browser with built
in pop-up stopper. I have been using this for a while and am very happy with
it.

P.S. depending on your OS you can also have the Google Toolbar installed and
use it as well.
