Google Hi-Jack

I have some spyware that I cannot get rid of. 4 out of every 5 times when I
search on a term, The first result I click on forwards me to a 3rd party
search site. Some examples are below:

http://up-search.com/
http://romemaster.com/
http://www.upspiral.com/

I have used MS Anti-Spyware, Avast, and Adaware and have not been able to
detect or remove the problem. Any suggestions?
