Windows XP Google Desktop could not be installed or loaded

Hi, when I open ms outlook 2003 I get add-in pop-up:
"C:\Progam Files\Google\Google Desktop Search\ Google Desktop O..."
Followed by:could not be installed or loaded.
What does this mean and how do I get rid of it?

You need to remove the Google Desktop addin from Outlook, and this page shows how to access the addin manager:

Just un-tick the google desktop addin and then restart Outlook
