I activate IE's built-in Address bar on my taskbar, then use the TweakUI
Powertoy to specify a shortcut prefix for Google. This way I can search
(type in "g searchterm" to search Google for "searchterm"), go directly to a
website (type in "something" and press Ctrl-Enter to go to
www.something.com), or run a program that's in my path by just typing it
into the Address bar ("calc") and pressing Enter.
