Hi,

Does anyone remember the good old day where microsoft has
the winpopup features? I am wondering if they have
replaced that feature with some other names or did they
completely removed it from W2K?

I would like to communicate with my peers who are log on
the same server. Can anyone let me know if microsoft have
similar feature in W2K?

Thanks in advance

this might be a bit of a stretch...

but have you heard of Instant Messenging? I hear there are a few services
that offer it, MSN, AOL, Yahoo and others... and there is a nifty app called
Trillian (www.trillian.cc) that works will all of them, even IRC and ICQ...,
and all this from one app.

Its still there. But not a GUI utility. You need to use the 'net send' command.
