Good internet guides on how to install a new motherboard

I am seriously thinking of replacing my motherboard but I don't have
the technical knowledge to know how do this, but I do wish to learn.
At the moment I am using an AMD socket 939 but am thinking of
replacing it with an Intel core duo cpu on a socket 775. I am looking
for the best internet guides/resources which can explain in full and
simple terms how to replace a PC motherboard. Does anyone have
suggestions on reallly good guides for replacing a motherboard?

There's really nothing to learn. You unscrew the old motherboard and take it
out. You screw the new one to the case.
