Going offline

Sometimes I get this message in IE: "The webpage is unavailable
because you are offline ...". I have a cable connection, and I don't
want it to go off-line. Is there a setting to tell it to stay
connected?
 
In IE go to the menu: File > uncheck 'Work Offline'

Thanks. It was already unchecked, but the problem hasn't happened
again since I asked the question. Probably just a little glitch.
