Goes to Ask Jeeves

After I open Outlook 2002 and select any shortcut
to 'contacts', 'inbox', calendar', etc. I get the
webpage from Ask Jeeves search results page with the info
on outlook:contacts, or inbox, or calendar - which ever
button I had pushed. How do I stop this from
happening????????
