I have an online business and we use the citrix go2meeting web connection to join in webinars each week. I'm running xp pro with service pack 2 installed, but I can't open the g2minstaller.exe file. It's supposed to download and auto open to the webinar when you access an emailed hyperlink. It won't auto open and prompts me to download the software and when I do download it and try to run it I get a big fat error message "failed to start application Cprogramfiles\citrix\gotomeeting\1981g2minstaller .exe method "shell executeex" returned win32 error[2]. The system could not find specific file." This sounds like a window error to me. Has anyone seen a patch for this?
