I am thinking of upgrading from Outlook 2000 (possibly all of Office 2000)
to 2003. If I don't like it would I have any problem going back to my 2000?

Thanks for the tip. Naturally when I called Microsoft they said there would
be no problem going back as the file structure was the same. I think I'll
stay where I'm at.

It won't if you stick to the old pst-file format. For more info;

Note that you can use your existing PST file and have no problems switching between versions. It's only new files you create with the new format that are not backwards compatible.
