is there a way to view the actuall headers of incoming gmail? Here's what I love about GMail: Fast, threading, address
autocomplete(!), instant searches (hey it's Google!), flagging
threads, labels (a neat twist on folders).
I grab incoming mail using pop3 and a local client, and have it
automagically sent to my GMail account as well.

Hi »Q«,
how can I have my email automagically sent to my GMail account?
I'd be interested to do it, but I don't know how.

aha! thanks for that info...I'm delighted to report that there is in fact a way: click "Show Original".

Alternatively, your email client may be set up to do it. With
Outlook Express, one would use a Message Rule to do this.
No clue about how you'd do it with 40tude.

Once in a while someone will ask, "Do you remember when I sent you
'whatever'? I can't seem to find it anyplace." And I'll have it right
there. Somewhere.

What happens if your ISP goes down for a few hours, and you urgently
need info from an e-mail?
