Global Policy - redirect

Can and if and so how, do I redirect the local machines my documents folder
of all the users PCs form the server. I assume I need to crate a Global
Policy but is that all

Take a look at Redirected Folders. There are five that you can redirect -
the 'My Documents' is one of them. Please take a look at the following MSKB
