Hello. I've recently deployed Office 2003 across my organization and set Cached Exchange Mode to be activated by default upon installation. I've been having excellent results using this new feature, since our Exchange Server is located at another Business Unit. However, I have noticed that when I add a new user account with an email address in Active Directory, the Global Address Book is not updating. I have to go into the local profile for each user's Outlook account and delete all the files with an .oab extension. Then it seems to work perfectly. So far, this is my only gripe about Cached Exchange Mode. I want to know if there is any way around this issue. I have already searched the Microsoft Knowledge Base extensively with no results. If anybody can give me a little insight into this problem, it would be much appreciated
