can someone please tell me what the problem is with outlook that stops
graphics from being forwarded in an email that you try to send even when
using ISP email server?

it is very annoying

Outlook 2003? There is a link for the Outlook newsgroups in the right hand
column of this page:

When you post your question there, be sure to tell them what happens when
you try to send a picture. For example: if an error message appears,
include the text of that error message.
