It use to be CTRL + SHIFT + F9, but these have been removed. If you know
that your card supports the WDDM Driver model, and it says so for your
display driver under Device Manager, then what you need to do is, right
click the desktop > click Personalize > Visual Appearance > Open Classice
Appearance Properties > select Windows Aero > OK.
